Modern yrkesutbildningspedagogik i ett nötskal

Från rapporten The Future of Learning & Development om hur lärande och utveckling bäst kan befrämjas:

    1. Make courses less boring.
    2. Focus on drive-the-business topics, not just foundational topics.
    3. Use blended learning (in the sense of be flexible on how you deliver).
    4. Make courses shorter.
    5. Focus on interaction and application.
    6. Be passionate and inspirational.

Det kan jag skriva under och tror att jag är på god väg. Men det finns en bit att gå, och mycket att avlära. Både hos mej själv och andra.
